Bookkeeping
We have two Bookkeeping Service models available to fit your needs and pricing point.
Each has a special bookkeeping hourly charge rate – so you are only paying for what you need.
As a Bookkeeping Client we will send you through the following reports to give you easy access to the information you need:
- Your Profit and Loss Statement and, if applicable:
- your Accounts Receivable report
- your Accounts Payable Reports
Full Service
Under our Full Service Bookkeeping Model we will allocate all of your bank transactions every few days. This helps to keep the information you are getting from your software package as relevant as possible for your decision making process.
If we aren’t sure wat a transaction is – we will ask.
Our job is to simplify your life, so we also keep a record of your unusual transactions in order to minimise the things we need to ask you about.
Review Service
This Bookkeeping Service Model lets you allocate your transactions throughout the month.
At the end of the month, we will just jump into your file and tidy up anything you weren’t sure about.
We are a Xero firm, however can also look after your bookkeeping in Quickbooks and MYOB Essentials.
Management Reporting
Our Management Reporting services our fully customised to meet your needs and can include:
- Monthly or Quarterly Management Reports
- Periodic Consulting
Management Reporting is a great way for business owners of medium to large enterprises to get the information they need presented in an easy to understand format, regularly.
Our Management Reports come complete with commentary which is aligned to the goals and objectives you have outlined to us to help you keep the business moving forward.
We will also help you to identify ways that non-financial data can be collected and reported on to give you the best information possible for growing your business.
